Sue Eby

Hi, I'm Sue Eby, the Children's Director at Gracepoint. Although I just came to Gracepoint in 2012, I've been passionate about children's ministry for much of my life. I love the openness of children to spiritual things, and my heart's desire is that they know Jesus in a deep, personal way so that he becomes the center of their lives. Another goal I have is for children to experience the joy of community and to know that they are valued members of our church.

Besides many years of doing children's ministry in churches, I have also worked in public schools as a paraprofessional in special education. I'm a teacher at heart and love to find creative ways to connect with each individual child.

My husband, Ed, and I moved to the Denver area in 2011 in order for Ed to work at World Venture, a missions organization in Littleton. He serves as their computer network engineer. Our sons also love Jesus and are serving Him in the arts. Aaron is a sculptor and has been involved in children's ministry. Eddie plays bass trombone and is majoring in Jazz Studies.

Our whole family loves music and the outdoors. We're enjoying hiking and the wonders of God's creation here in Colorado.
